I have been in the insurance industry for 30+ years. My wife Iris is an Exclusive Financial Specialist and we own an agency right in the heart of North Olmsted. Our youngest son, Sam, has just joined our agency as a licensed sales producer and our hope is that he will continue to help build and extend our legacy for many years to come.
As a young child I grew up in what was then a very rural community in Solon, Ohio and moved to Parma, which was a much larger suburb of Cleveland for my high school years. I graduated from Kent State University where my first year was a very real eye-opening experience when the National Guard killed 4 students in May of 1970 during a anti-war demonstration.
We constantly contribute to our local schools supporting the PTA and Athletic programs. We know how important it is to reach and educate our young people who grow up all too quickly.
My family and I love sports, playing, watching and coaching. We love them all, but none more than baseball. My kids all played to various levels with our youngest daughter playing softball at Heidelberg University for one year before being sidelined by an ACL injury that ended her career. Sam also played baseball at the college level and just last season he was selected as a Third Team All-American in the National Junior College Athletic Association for Lorain County Community College. Can’t forget to mention the fabulous ride our Cleveland Indians took us on with a trip to the best World Series ever this past season.
We love going to sporting events of every kind and every level so that is our first priority. We love to camp and hike and bike…anything to try and stay active.
I have been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for over 10 years and don’t think I’ll ever stop. We have a real need in our communities and so many of the elderly are alone and on their own and just need someone to give them a little helping hand.
Personal Financial Representative
I started with Allstate 34 years ago. In 2000 when Allstate added the broker-dealer I became a Personal Financial Representative. The best part about putting a retirement, college or life insurance plan together is when you get to see it work.
I like to travel and go walking or biking to see the local sites and restaurants. I also enjoy a relaxing day watching a baseball game and volunteering with our local Meals on Wheels chapter.
Licensed Sales Producer
I grew up hearing about insurance from my parents working in the business. I got into the insurance industry to follow in my parent’s footsteps and continue to meet new people in the community on a personal level and help them protect themselves, their families and their assets.
I grew up in North Olmsted, went to school in North Olmsted and have been here for as long as I can remember. My number one passion is baseball because I not only love watching my hometown team, the Indians, but I also love playing. I used to play collegiately and I volunteer to coach 10 year-olds in North Olmsted.
On the weekends, I can be found relaxing and watching baseball or outside just being active to stay fit and healthy. I do however, have an obsession wit mountain dew, I drink it constantly and there’s always some in my fridge.
What most excites me about my job is being a part of an office that values community. I am able to help people with the protection and coverage they need to feel secure and that’s a good feeling.
I grew up in North Olmsted. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I am a makeup artist on the side. I love to stay active and busy, so you can find me adventuring outdoors and soaking up the sunshine in my free time.
